We stand behind every bottle. If North Hollow isn't working for you, we'll refund every penny within 60 days of your original purchase. Empty bottles welcome — you don't need to return the product.

 

How to request a refund

 

Email us at hello@northhollow.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method. There's no return shipping required and no restocking fee.

 

Subscription orders

 

The 60-day guarantee applies to your most recent subscription order. You can cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account or by emailing us.

 

Damaged or wrong items

 

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email hello@northhollow.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll send a replacement at no charge.
