NORTH HOLLOW SHIPPING POLICY

 

Processing time

 

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the following business day.

 

Shipping rates and delivery times

 

US Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $50. $4.95 for orders under $50. Delivery in 3-5 business days.

 

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not yet offer international shipping.

 

Tracking

 

A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

 

Discreet packaging

 

All orders ship in plain brown boxes with only a return address. No labels on the outside indicate what's inside.

 

Lost or damaged packages

 

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email hello@northhollow.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or ship a replacement at no charge.

 

Incorrect address

 

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will email you to confirm the correct address before reshipping. Reshipping costs may apply.
